At Fabrik, our raw materials are insights and ideas. We apply creative flair, strategic nous and technical knowhow to web design, visual identities and marketing communications.

While our HQ is in London, we work globally. If we’re not busy developing a complex brand strategy, we’re probably preparing to launch a brand identity or latest piece of industry insight.

Brand strategy

We’re unusual because we apply brand strategy and creativity in equal measure. We explore, we ask, we listen, we audit and we report. Remaining objective throughout, we unearth insights that lead to informed brand strategies with purpose.

Visual identity

To us, visual identity design is about more than a logo mark. Fabrik builds the complete identity, combining shapes, colours, imagery and tone of voice to powerful effect. Covering all media and all touch-points between a brand and its audiences.

Web development

Remember when digital media was called ‘new media’? So do we! Those days are gone, but we’re always looking for new ways to bring creativity to digital communications. From mobile to desktop, we create opportunities for two-way dialogue.

Digital marketing

As seasoned campaigners we take a balanced view of the audience, the message and the digital medium. We ask searching questions, because we don’t claim to know all the answers. And we investigate the relative merits of our clients services.

Process—

As craftspeople rather than process people, we adapt our processes to individual projects, not the other way round. We're a bespoke operation, not a production line. In many ways, we believe a good process should be neither seen or heard.
At the same time, we work within a simple four-stage system:

1 We listen.

This stage is all about putting the fundamentals in place. It involves exploratory discussions to establish the project's framework and intelligent questioning to clarify the objectives.

2 We think.

The thinking stage gives our creativity a sense of direction. We examine the competitive landscape, research the target audience and investigate potential avenues for innovation.

3 We create.

This stage is the least process-driven. Within the boundaries of our earlier listening and thinking, we give free rein to our creativity. Following few rules, we make, build, shape and craft.

4 We manage.

The discipline of deadlines and budgets makes sure our creativity fulfils its purpose. With their feet on the ground, our project managers stay in touch with our clients and reality.

Portfolio—

Industrious and efficient are two words to accurately describe Fabrik, but we’re far from a production line. Each item we produce is made to meet the precise needs

Also known as our Blog, Fabrikation is a rapidly changing collection of opinions, observations and outbursts from the people on our factory floor. They may be fabrikated, but they’re totally truthful, representing the diverse views of our craftsmen and women.

As we build brands and shape reputations, we rarely miss an opportunity to polish our own reputation. Brand Fabrik is a series of regular articles raising topical issues relevant to anyone in marketing communications.
