  1. Buyer/customer personas are a vital tool infiltrating every aspect of your marketing strategy. From social, to blogs, web design and physical adverts, buyer personas should always, always be at the forefront of your mind.

    Without having your ideal/typical customer known to you and your team, you might as well try selling nappies to a childless finance advisor. From the language you use, to the images you create and all the other content you choose to throw out there, they should all be targeted at that one customer persona.
