Causeway

25 YEARS OF GROWTH.
A BRAND THAT HADN’T KEPT PACE.

Causeway has spent over two decades building software that connects the construction industry – from design and estimating through to maintenance and asset management.

BUILD

With 3,000+ customers, multiple acquisitions, and a platform ambition taking shape, they’d outgrown their brand.

3,000

The architecture was complex, the messaging unclear, and the visual identity no longer reflected a company of their scale and ambition.

SCALE
challenge

GROWING COMPANY WITH A SPRAWLING BRAND TO MATCH.

Years of acquisitions and product development had created a brand architecture that was difficult to navigate – for customers, for prospects, and for Causeway’s own teams.

challenge

The parent brand needed sharpening. The product portfolio needed rationalising. And the launch of a new platform, CausewayOne, demanded a naming and positioning strategy that could unify everything.

We needed to simplify without losing what made Causeway distinctive – and create a framework that could absorb future growth.

APPROACH
RATIONALISE FIRST. THEN REBUILD WITH CLARITY.

We started with a comprehensive audit – visual identity, verbal identity, competitors, and audience – understanding what was working and what was creating friction.

From there, we developed a simplified brand architecture, rationalising product names and creating a coherent system under the CausewayOne platform.

A refreshed visual identity followed. A refined logo, a distinctive purple palette, and a modern design system that positioned Causeway as a technology leader, not just a software provider.

OUTCOME

A BRAND BUILT FOR THE NEXT 25 YEARS.

We delivered a complete rebrand. A refreshed parent identity, simplified architecture, and a naming framework that makes sense at scale.

OUTCOME

CausewayOne launched with clear positioning – a platform that connects design, workforce, supply chain, commercial, and infrastructure management into a single ecosystem.

Comprehensive guidelines, tone of voice training, and a brand launch programme gave teams the tools to implement consistently.

A 25-year-old company now has a brand that reflects its position as the UK’s leading construction software provider – and a structure ready for whatever comes next.
