Hard hat

SLWP

A branding and corporate identity exercise provides waste service with a public face.

Overview

The South London Waste Partnership comprises four London councils – Croydon, Kingston, Merton and Sutton – who are working together to provide improved waste management. It’s a great initiative, but the lack of a visual identity and distinct personality made it a faceless, invisible brand.

And that is where Fabrik came in.

Outcome

We created a distinctive and memorable graphic symbol by interlocking four stylised letter ‘W’s, to represent each of the four councils and the way they are working together to provide a co-ordinated approach to waste management. Four subtle organic shapes were also created within the symbol, to underline the Partnership’s environmental credentials. Consistency of application was assured through a set of visual identity guidelines that enabled the Partnership to roll-out the new brand across its entire suite of communications.

What we did

Kind Words

I was looking for an agency that could offer clarity of thinking, an excellent project management team and a refreshingly creative perspective. I found just that and I’m delighted with our new identity.
