What drives him is making websites that work as well as they look. That means obsessing over page speed, Core Web Vitals, SEO architecture, and the dozens of invisible details that separate a good site from an effective one. He brings systematic problem-solving and an instinct for finding what’s broken – useful when a site’s performance depends on getting those details right.
Will joined Fabrik straight from college, where he studied maths, physics, computer science, and IT. Even then, he was working with clients – building software as part of his coursework and learning the discipline of delivering to a brief. In the years since, he’s developed deep expertise in WordPress, front-end development, and the technical foundations that determine whether a brand’s digital presence works.
He contributes regularly to Brand Fabrik, Fabrik’s editorial platform, where he writes about technology, and the design trends shaping creative industries. It’s the natural outlet for someone who finds genuine satisfaction in watching page views climb, and even more in diagnosing why they aren’t.
Beyond work, Will is an avid cyclist, collects archery medals, and restores classic sports cars. Presumably not simultaneously.
