Who we are

About Fabrik.

Fabrik is a branding agency in London that was founded in 1995. We work for clients locally, nationally and internationally. We’ve developed deep expertise in three areas of communication: strategy, naming, and branding. These core disciplines are central to brand-building and brand development. This specialisation reflects a fundamental truth of creativity.

Our expertise

What we do.

We don’t spread our talents and energy too thinly. We’re wary of diluting our abilities; no one can be good at everything. In our chosen fields, our commitment runs deep…

Strategy

We employ strategic nous and know-how before we let flair and imagination loose on a branding project.

Naming

Blending strategy, instinct and creativity, we arrive at naming solutions loaded with meaning and promise.

Branding

We create visual identities, logo marks, brand guidelines and tone of voice, building unforgettable brands.

Let’s talk

At Fabrik, we value long-term relationships. The thing about relationships is that they always start with a conversation.

Our process

How we work.

As brand people rather than process people, we adapt our processes to individual projects, not the other way around. At the same time, we work within a simple four-stage system…

We listen

This stage is all about putting the fundamentals in place. It involves exploratory discussions to establish the project’s framework and intelligent questioning to clarify the objectives.

We think

The thinking stage gives our creativity a sense of direction. We examine the competitive landscape, research the target audience and investigate potential avenues for innovation.

We create

This stage is the least process-driven. We give free rein to our creativity within the boundaries of our earlier listening and thinking. Following a few rules, we shape, design and craft.

We manage

The discipline of deadlines and budgets makes sure our creativity fulfils its purpose. With their feet on the ground, our project managers stay in touch with our clients and reality.

Our approach

Relationship building.

Sustaining relationships requires effort on both sides, and we’re always determined to do our bit by being:

Consistent

We know ‘you’re only as good as your last job’, so we work hard to achieve consistently high standards.

Proactive

Clients describe our team as ‘thoughtful without being too intellectual’ and ‘pro-active without being pushy’.

Collaborative

Before we work to understand a client’s brief, we work to understand our client’s organisation, purpose and personality.

Transformative

We deliver tangible, not tangential, creative solutions that get our clients noticed, remembered and talked about.
